Good quality goods at really reasonable prices. I'm really pleased with the goods and all have been exactly how I would have wanted. However, without knowing exact sizes, the shorts I have ordered were a lot smaller than expected and I could have ideally done with a larger size. I haven't bothered to return them to request a larger size as this would have incurred two further postage costs. In future I will not be ordering something where the size needs to be right. In my opinion, Decathlon should introduce free delivery on orders over a certain amount with free returns via Collect+ or similar. I have recently ordered a substantial amount of cycling clothing / shoes from Wiggle who offer this service and I was able to order multiple sizes in things like shoes and shirts etc, and have returned the unwanted sizes free of charge. This gave me the confidence to shop with them knowing that I would end up with the perfectly fitting clothing/shoes, without having to worry about the costs involved in exchanging/returning items.
