Raised concerns about btwin alur bike which was delivered in unacceptable packaging. Box was in tatters and had been opened, wheels do not run true, plus other issues.
After some communication with Decathlon I was asked to submit pictures of the issues, which I did.
I have had no response from Decathlon since sending the pictures to them
What a shambles!!!!
