Excellent customer service.
I had to return my Alur 700 twice, before finally getting a bike with no issues....yet.
Having failed to give customer satisfaction twice, on the same purchase...I think Decathlon could have at least sent me the higher specced Alur, or a voucher.
Thoughts Mr. Lazarus ?
