Having purchased a tow bar fitted cycle rack I was unsure if it had a faulty component so contacted Decathlon via the "contact us" application and was pleased with the response. Having decided that the item may have a fault they sent me a replacement which had the same issue. Efficient arrangements were made to collect the item with the option to return both. I decided to keep the original item as I felt the fault (if it is a fault) did not prevent the operation of the equipment and I have the 365 day return option if issues arises. However, I am disappointed that Decathlon did not or have not contacted the manufacturer of the unit to establish if the item(s) are as designed or are faulty.
