It would be useful to highlight that a pump for air tent is not included and to offer an option to buy the correct one at the same time. (Trying to locate the pump shown on the instructions in the tent bag was difficult as the store staff answering the telephone did not appear to have any technical knowledge to offer the right alternatives to pump not in stock. In fact, they were not aware that the pump was no longer available and was replaced by a new model which was in stock. It took several phone calls, finally to your customer services , to be given this information and a trip to the originally contacted store to get the pump just in time for our trip.)
