I bought a Kemmel mountain bike from your Braehead store in August 2015 and am very happy with it. It is a basic model but well made and at £85 is exceptional value. I ordered and paid for it online for pick-up at the store. I duly received an e-mail and picked up the bike. It was fully assembled and ready to go which impressed me further. I took out a loyalty card at the time of pick-up also. A few days later I received an e-mail stating that as I had not collected the bike the order would be cancelled and I would have the purchase price refunded to my card. I telephoned the store during working hours but nobody ever answered the phone so I left a message with my name and number and a brief outline of what had happened. Nobody has ever returned my call and I don't seem to have a refund so I can only assume that all is well. I did worry a little that I could potentially have a bike that I had not actually paid for. I would stress that all members of staff whom I have spoken to were very nice and very efficient - it is just the automated side of things which let me down here. I would be interested in any feedback from this? I have always liked your products and prices but my latest experience was a little off-putting.
