Great products. I ordered on line and collected via click and collect from your Reading store. The Girl on the til wasn't very helpful and seemed under pressure due to lack of staff. I ordered 2 items 1 of which unfortunately was too small and you did not have this item on the shelf to exchange with, so I was given a refund. Being honest I purchased this item (similar jacket) from another retailer as they offered free delivery and I did not want to travel to the store again to click and collect a larger size as the store is some miles away from where I live. The other item was cycling gloves which are great and will give me extra comfort through the winter. Overall... great products which would benefit from free delivery and I am sure this puts consumers off ordering on line from you.
