The only thing I can say that is different in Decathlon than other large retailers you may compete, is that you are not pressured the moment you walk in the door.
It really does put me off going into stores and the poor staff are pressured to pounce as a part of customer focus base.
I'm hard faced enough to tell them politely thank you but no.
But I tend not to come back as a customer again unless its a last resort.
