I purchased 8 tents costing £438. Before purchasing I contacted the lakeside store seeking a possible discount as they were for a scouts group. My first email was ignored. I sent a second and was told no discount. 4 weeks later, after purchase online I received a further email from lakeside offering a 10% discount on the purchase. But too late as already purchased. Not happy!!!
