Assistance in the store was knowledgable and helpful. The bike - BTwin 540 - is great value and a high spec.
However, the documentation that comes withe bike is very poor. For example, there is an assumption that one knows how the gears function; well I don't! There are some tools and some small plastic bits and I still don't know what they are for. Not good enough.
