I was happy with the items from Decathlon, however I'd paid extra for courier delivery by DHL as these items were required for a kayaking training session on a specific date. DHL failed to deliver in time, firstly claiming they could not locate my address, then secondly a day later stating delivery could be made at 8pm on the date required. The items were required for 6pm. This is the reason I have not purchased from Decathlon since. Whilst happy with the Decathlon service, the extra paid for the courier and failure to deliver in time soured the experience and has put me off using Decathlon online again.
