very dissatisfied with a recent click and collect item return. Despite spending £2.80 to return an item I found out only way replacement could be dealt with is through click and collect. I LIVE 100 MILES FROM MY NEAREST DECATHLON.
someone needs to get a thinking cap on. I have spent hundreds of pounds in your stores all over Europe over a 15 year period.
