The delivery was fast and the bike was easy to prepare, although on of the tools that came by broke in the process which made me buy one the next day. There were also some pieces that I couldn't find a use for them, they seem to be spare parts, but since there is no inventory list or instructions with the bike is difficult to know. Since I got the bike about 3 weeks ago, I've been riding to work daily and it works just fine. I'm happy with my purchase so far, the only thing I missed when I got it was some kind of extra info within the box for preparing the bike.
