I was let down on one order that was of great importance. They let me place my order and believe that it was boing out together, I completed at the checkout, then get a phone all a couple of days later to say that they are sorry they don't have the item I purchased! Their solution was an apology and a £5 voucher. The correct course of action would be to ensure that you don't sell items online, which you don't actually have! I've made numerous purchases in store over the past 3/4 years and have always been happy with my Rowing Machine, Exercise bike, running gear, badminton related goods, cycling equipment. I will shop in store in future as I will be able to see the item I want to buy, rather than be sold an item that they don't actually have.
