1 item arrived on time, but the second item never arrived. I had no notification that this was not coming or the item I had ordered could not be completed. The only point I knew it wasn't coming was when I received a refund into my account.
Poor communication and no reason given, as this was 1 or 2 parcels of a set it was a complete let down.
