I had a problem regarding an exchange: I emailed them before ordering to make sure I could get items I needed to exchange sent to store before going to exchange, as I live 75miles away from the nearest store and did not want to go twice. When I phoned the local store to check, they did not have the items required but said I needed to go in for them to only be able to order the items back into store as they could not pre order from the warehouse. This is the situation I did not want to be in, so I phoned customer services who I must say sorted the problem out very quickly and allowed me to return the items via post at no cost for an exchange.
The Items seem very good quality and I will be happy to use the website and stores again for future purchases.
