Howdy,
I am generally satisfied with the service. However, there were a couple of occasions where the adding to basket -> checkout process failed because of a software bug and there also seemed to be incorrect reporting of the stock availability.
The use of signed-for delivery service is not really useful to me as I have things delivered when I'm at work.
