In early November I ordered a Petzl Nao head torch (order DCUK2027923 on 5th November). It arrived quickly but the battery refused to charge up. I returned it (exchange order DCUK2032157 dated 16 November). This head torch also arrived quickly but again the battery refused to charge. This time I opted for a refund. I was very disappointed that the both batteries failed to charge as the previous month my partner had ordered a Nao and it worked fine. The worst aspect was having to pay the cost of 2 returns despite the product being faulty. In addition there was no contact telephone number to call for customer support. I doubt I'll try Decathlon again.
