Very Disappointed with collection process as it didn't say anything about a time limit to pick up goods when I ordered them.
First I got an e-mail to say I had 5 days to collect , then 3 days later I was told my order was cancelled as the deadline had expired even though the goods only came to Belfast stock 3 days earlier.
So I had to bring forward another meeting to accommodate the pick up by Wed 9th Dec as I live about 33 miles from Belfast.
Whilst I was there another man had the same compliant. Anthony Boyle
