Order was delivered promptly (Standard delivery by Royal Mail) - unfortunately the contents were not for my order! Presumably someone else received my order? When I raised this with customer services the operator was very apologetic and helpful, re-ordered the goods for me which again I received promptly. She also sent me a link to print off a label to return the incorrect goods. If it hadn't been for this hiccup, I'd have given 5 stars
