Decathlon are quick at posting stuff out, which is good, but I took a 'Star' off because when I returned a product to them for a replacement, the new order showed on my account as 'in progress' for two weeks and it wasn't until I asked them where was my order that they asked me for my proof of postage for the item I sent back as this was holding things up. I scanned and emailed them the proof straightaway and they finalised the order and I received the goods a couple of days later.
