Overall Decathlon were very good and i would return in the future, I had just small niggle; i bought two ski jackets for my daughter (of different sizes) and sent the one i didn't want back. the problem i had was with the refund, it wasn't until i reminded them i hadn't yet received my money back did they actually do anything. However when they were made aware they acted immediately and i received the refund actually quicker than i was expecting! I would put this down to being very busy on the run up to christmas. So overall i'm happy with the goods and with the service!
