Delivery notice was poor. Delivery attempted two days after initial expected delivery, and between 9am and 7pm is too broad a range.
Also there has been no medium stock on mid range road bikes for some time - clearly a supply chain issue. There is no online mechanism where one can query when these become available - not having a free format e-mail option but directed to unhelpful FAQ's.
