Initially I was disappointed to receive an item that was clearly a return. It was packaged incorrectly and didn't have its instructions or guarantee and wished I had bought it from John Lewis like I was going to. However I was subsequently very impressed by the way Decathlon not only sorted out the issue but got another one for me to exchange it with. They did not even quibble it and I was very pleased with the professional manner in which it was all dealt with. A very happy customer as a result! Thank you.
