Good points and bad. Good stock of reasonably priced sports gear, however customer service can be very hit and miss: particularly the bike service. One of the big issues is that a lot of the staff don't have English as a first language so lots of communication problems, but also the bike service desk is not always manned and you can't book appointments so even once you've paid for your service, no guarantee of quality and should you need to take it back, no guarantee that the work is done when you need it to be.
