I am extremely disappointed with Decathlon. The bike that I bought does not meet the standard that I was expecting at all. And on the other hand, I decide to buy in your business because is a multinational company and so i can find pieces for my bike everywhere in the world. A few weeks ago I need new screws and there were not available in your store. SHOCKING! On the other hand, the plastic chain of my bike does not work fine and it goes out very often, I am furious. i would really appreciate if you fix all this mess, if you want me to have as a customer in the future.
