Products are generally very good and reasonably priced. Any issues with online orders are promptly dealt with by customer services. The only issue I have is the way sizing is shown for clothing - it's not clear if S, M, L etc. is the european or UK sizing - it would be helpful if the size in "cm" was also stated for clarity.
