This was my first time in Decathlon. It was so enormous I got lost straight away. At the entrance I looked in vain for a store guide to tell me where the section I wanted was located. Nothing there. No staff to ask either. So I wandered round looking lost until I came across some sort of an office where the staff were helpful in directing me to the right section. My request therefore is to please cater for new customers by displaying a store guide by the main entrance. The product I saw was not in my size so I ordered one online for click and collect. When I went the second time to collect it all went well and the staff were friendly and helpful. They let me try on the product before leaving the store. Overall a good experience except the initial feeling of "lostness".
