Overall we were very pleased with our purchases of both walking trousers and tops. Some good prices, some a little expensive. We initially visited the store in lakeside, plenty of choice for men but a minimal choice for women. A lot of womens items were out of stock or limited sizes or not stocked in the first place. As the sizes are difficult to work out it would have been good to try them on...but difficult when not in stock. So I had to result to online ordering, with delivery to Watford outlet. After two lots of orders and two visits to the store, I finally got the trousers and size to fit. I suppose the bonus was that my three pairs of trousers were on offer! All staff were very helpful particularly the young men at Watford.
