The web site was easy to navigate and, once I'd found the category of goods in which I was interested, there was plenty of information to help with the choice. Notification for Click and Collect at my local store was very prompt - in fact, ahead of the date specified when my order was confirmed. The only reason that I couldn't give a 'Very Good' rating was that, although I sent my husband with my ID and e-mail about collection because I was busy and we were about to go away for a few days, there was no mention anywhere on the confirmation of my surname. As a result, the staff almost refused to hand over the goods!
