The shoes are nice - they fit well, are comfortable on long rides and look good! Power transfer is better than my old shoes too. The one gripe I have is the packaging and they way they were delivered. These are Decathlons' top of the range shoes, and they arrived in a sealed up plastic bag! No protective box, no care instructions, no info about the closure system or part numbers for repair/replacement if that goes wrong (if it even can be repaired?). Checked with Customer Services, who seemed to just check the same web page I had, and said that this was how they are. Not exactly great!
