After placing an online order, and given the estimated delivery of 3-5 working days, to me i say it'll be here within a week. 2 weeks later, still nothing.
I had contacted the online team, regarding this issue, to be told that they had a problem with tracking orders through their system, and that they will try and find all orders that had been placed. Few days later, i still hadn't been updated about their issue.
Anyway, after all that I had to send another email asking what is happening, and whether my products are in stock or not? Then if it was in that case, then I could order a alternative product.
Considering i must have waited about 3-4 weeks for this to be resolved, I finally received my order :D Which was perfect.
For the inconveince caused during this, i was refunded my postage costs, and also a £10 voucher to use online on in store.
