My first and only order was for a watetproof jacket. It took 10 days to deliver to the pick up point and I had to ask Decathlon where it was.
I did suggest that they email the cudtomer to inform them that the item is ready to collect (pretty basic IMHO) but they ignored that suggestion.
Not impressed and will not use Decathlon again
