I was advised a lock for the bike I bought on that day in decathlon. The lock does not fit the bike, it is too small and not fit for purpose. I now have to go back to the site to return it, the sort is on the other side of the town.
The person who mantled my bike left the handle loose and I almost had an accident when cycling on it.
Also, the computer systems in store did not work and I could not purchase the bike straight away, but only order it.
Poor staff had to apologise many times for this.
