Easy to use website. Item to my satisfaction. Order despatched quickly, was using click and collect from a local store. UPS were the carriers but no emails were sent to indicate that the parcel had arrived at the store and was ready to be collected. I had to register with UPS to track this but this was a step I really didn't wish to take - why should I have to create an account ? I then received paper correspondence from UPS informing me of my account and how to send parcels etc - totally unnecessary step as I still was not informed when the parcel had arrived.
