Your online service is very poor. I made two separate orders for clothes and shoes to get to your purley way store and both of them were wrong so I had a wasted journey. Worse still is that your staff didn't seem too bothered and struggled to provide any complaint procedures for me to follow.
Your products are very good and at a competitive price.
The staff in store seem ok but I feel that you are always understaffed in both Canada water and croyden stores... Or maybe you just don't employ enough people?...
