Over the last few years my experience of shopping at Decathlon has always been good.The staff have always been knowledgeable and helpful even if at times it has taken a while to find someone in store. Purchases always represent good quality and value for money. Unfortunately the last visit wasn't great in that the items I wanted weren't in stock but could be posted (and expensive), but I wanted them so took this option. They arrived but weren't suitable (wrong size,though I was I assured these would be). As I live some distance from the store it will be some months before I can return them for a refund. I hope there won't be a problem after a long lapse, and I will continue shopping at Decathlon.
