Ordered it online, but it took a few days to arrive at the store and I could not get there in the few days after it was delivered to them. Phoned up to make sure it wasn't sent back and cancelled as I was out of the country and they said they'd keep it to one side for me. Brilliant!
The very next day I got an email to say the order had been cancelled and I would get a refund. Still not received the refund. Not so brilliant.
I'll go to Wiggle next time - at least it gets delivered to me.
