New layout at Giltbrook Retail Park is very poor - it now merges customer service/click & collect as well as the normal cashiers. I had to wait quite a while to be served in the single line and then ended up at a cashier who could not help me and sent me to stand behind the person being checked out by the click & collect till. Not well organised.
