Great Store, products and staff but terrible phone system! had received a call to confirm tennis racquet string type and tension and when I called back got into a loop system. No matter what extension I dialled it brought me back to the main automated switch board. I now have no idea what strings and what tension was fitted. I visited the store to attempt to communicate directly and when the front desk tried to contact the stringing section they had exactly the same problem with the phone system as I had. Even if i could have left a message for the stringer, that would have helped. I am sure with the right desire you can fix this simple but frustrtating problem.
