The trousers are all too short, both men's and women's (I tried the men's as well).
The jacket I purchased is brilliant, lightweight warm and well cut ( shaped for women, longer at back), the colours could be better but overall I love it.
The online order to store was convenient as was returning the wrong size.
All shop staff were helpful.
The products are good quality.
