Very pleased with our outdoor table tennis table and good price. The only complaint was confusion over delivery date. When purchased we were given an estimated date and received no other communication to state if that estimated date had changed, so when the date arrived we expected the delivery which didn't arrive. You only get a confirmed delivery date from the courier company when they contact you directly but only provide 24 hours notice. Therefore communication around delivery and managing customer expectations could definitely be improved.
