I noticed a trend towards increasing the number of self operated checkouts in the store, I find them unfriendly and I always seem to have a problem. Please keep the manned cash points as the main way of paying. I was in the store recently when there was only one manned checkout operating, I left the store without making my purchase because I couldn't face using the machine. If the trend continues, I'm likely to avoid Decathlon in future.
