Computerised ordering system was very slow and failed on a number of ocassions.
Ordering system was convoluted and not at all 'user friendly'.
Some of the staff were very helpful, others seemed as if they couldn't be bothered.
The stock and prices were very good. We might shop there again but if we get the same experience as last time, then we wouldnt bother in the future.
