I ordered the X-Lite jacket having very much admired one bought at Christmas for a good friend of mine. However, hers looked so neat and smart but was without a hood - and that's the problem for me. Not only have I found that the medium size is too large for me but the hood sits very awkwardly on me and looks ridiculously bulky in comparison to the rest of the very neat design. That alone is the reason for the poor rating, as service was actually excellent. Having not long received the item, I will be returning it in due course for a refund in full. I would normally have done this more promptly but we have been away on holiday. Apologies, therefore, for the delay. I can honestly confirm that item has not been used other than for trying on purposes.
