Shopping online was no problem and delivery was quick. When I developed a skin irritation after wearing the watch (overlooking removal of the plastic film) I could not find a way of sending a general email to register the problem, i.e. one that did not fit with your FAQs. I contacted the 'Customer loyalty' telephone number and was directed to an email address that is no longer in regular use, so there needs to be some review of processes.
HOWEVER, since making contact I cannot fault the keenness with which your team are looking at finding a resolution to the problem and the watch is back with them, so there may be more feedback.
