Ordering was quick and easy and I was given a suggested date as to when my item would be delivered to the collection point. This was a local shop, 10 minutes drive away. I assumed I would receive an email confirming when my item had been delivered and therefore ready for collection. However, I didn't and 2 days after the suggested delivery date I tracked my order. It was ready and awaiting collection. It would have been far easier to send an email once it was ready for collection, which is what happens with other items I order.
