There were 2 delivery men - 1 didn't attempt to lift the table out of the van, so we had to help the other delivery man to do this. Actually packaging of table tennis was very poor - there were tears in the box and it looked like a knife had cut across the width of the box. On checking contents we noticed there was a wheel missing. We sent an email to the online customer service and had to chase this up to get the missing wheel replaced. The actual product itself (once assembled) is good.
