The store has a comprehensive range of cycle equipment and priced competitively. The staff at the Branksome Poole store are attentive and most helpful However after returning an item ordered on line which was not suitable it has taken numerous e-mails and 3 weeks to receive a refund - this delay compensated by a £5 voucher provided.
