The whole experience was a good one and the website is easy enough to manoeuvre around. My only problem was with the collection of an item of which couldn't be delivered. I had organised for the pick up to be made by someone who was close to the store as I wasn't from the area but there was a need for the purchasing card to be shown on collection which he obviously didn't have. The situation was solved with a confusing phone call and my item was collected but I think there could have been an easier way to organise collections if the buyer is unable to do so.
